Habineza Theogene is a dedicated legal professional and educator with extensive experience in teaching, legal advisory, and academic development. With over ten years of experience in education and legal practice, he brings a strong foundation in law, teaching, and student mentorship.

He has worked as a legal advisor and notary, providing legal interpretation, regulatory guidance, and institutional support.
