With over a decade of professional experience in monitoring and evaluation, research, and institutional development, he has worked across government institutions, international organisations, and academic environments.

His expertise spans cooperatives development, financial management, community development, and data-driven policy analysis. He has contributed to regional and international development programmes, supporting evidence-based decision-making and institutional strengthening across Africa and beyond.

At Hanave University, Eugene Byansi serves as a Lecturer in Economics and Finance, where he brings practical insights into teaching and mentorship. He is committed to advancing academic excellence, applied research, and student development, particularly in areas of economic development, cooperatives, and programme evaluation.
